Login.gov provides reporting about user events via our partner portal, where you can also manage team access, test integrations in the sandbox and create and update production configurations.

Reporting available outside the partner portal
- Invoices - Billed usage reports are available through a partner agency’s monthly invoice. If you are not currently receiving a usage report with your invoice, please reach out to your account team by submitting a request.
- Contact Center Reporting - Reporting for contact center cases can be emailed to your partner agency on a monthly basis. Please reach out to your account team by submitting a request.
Reporting we do not provide
Due to Login.gov’s privacy model, we are not able to provide reports that contain:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Email addresses unless requested through a special investigation
- UUIDs for Login.gov users that have not consented to share information
